Who is your health coaching program good for?

For anyone who wants to live a more balanced healthy life, lose weight without dieting, sort through conflicting information about nutrition and wellness.  For those who want to learn to eat better, feel better, have more energy, experience more joy and less stress.

What will your health coaching program do for me?

You will gain energy, sleep better, learn to make healthier choices when it comes to nutrition and lose weight if you need to.  

How does your program work?

At each session you will be asked questions and given several recommendations that will fit your lifestyle.  The focus will be on adding positive things that you will like and enjoy rather than focosing on what things you should eliminate. The focus will be on fullfillment, not deprivation.  

Do you offer supplements?

In certain cases I do recommend supplements to help support and expidate your healing journey.  

How long is your program? 

It is 10 weekly sessions, each session lasting approximately half an hour.  The 10 weeks gives you enough time to make gradual lasting changes and connecting weekly will keep the momentum going.  

Where do we meet?

We will have our sessions over the phone, Skype or Facetime.  This will save you time and keep you from sitting in traffic!
